Where do you ship?
Everywhere in the U.S.A and Canada! We hope to service Europe shortly.
What makes our costumes and dresses different?
We make our costumes to last! Our dresses and costumes are made from real fabrics, heirloom quality and meant for passing on to family and friends.
What's extra special about our service is we cut and sew to your child's measurements. The means your dress or costume arrives ready to be worn without extra trips to a tailor or seamstress. This is a perfect solution if you find that your child is hard to fit standard sizing.
How long does it take to get ready-to-ship items?
Ready-to-ship items are already made and ready to ship to you. Depending on the time of day that you place your order, it may take 1-2 business days to prep for shipping to you.
How does shipping work?
U.S. & Canada Shipping:
Standard shipping is generally by USPS First-Class Mail® Parcel, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx ground. We aim for fast shipping to you and estimate that shipping will take about 2-5 business days for arrival.
We suggest that you allow extra time for delivery, but if you are close to a special event date 2-day shipping options may be available at an extra cost.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside of Canada. However, we plan to offer international shipping in the future.
Custom Order - How do I provide my child's measurements?
Many of our dresses and costumes are made-to-order and made to your child's measurements. After you place your order please complete provide the measurements requested in your listing. The following are links to the measurement forms:
Custom Order - How long will it take to get my dress or costume?
When we ship out your costume or dress takes approximately 4 to 6 weeks as we cut and sew after you order. If you need your item in a shorter time period, please let us know as we may be able to accommodate you. However, please note that production may take longer during Halloween and the holiday season.

Do you make costumes for adults?
Most of our hair accessories (e.g., crowns and tiaras) fit adults. However, our costumes and dresses are only available in children's sizing.
Will my items be shipped together?
We ship items together to reduce shipping costs. If for example your ordered a crown and a dress, the crown will be shipped with the dress when it is completed.
How much does shipping cost?
Dresses/costume shipping costs are either $12.95 or $18.95 within the US and Canada. The pricing depends on the weight and length of the dress. Any special add-ons to shipping will depend on carrier pricing.
How do I pay for my costume?

Can I cancel my order?If your order is a ready-to-ship item, cancellations of orders are allowed up until the day your item has shipped. If your order is a custom order item, you may cancel within 24 hours of your order.
Can I make an exchange?We only replace items if they are being exchanged for different size, are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and once we confirm the exchange please send your item to: 100 Ocean Parkway, Suite 2H, Brooklyn New York US 11218.
Do you allow for returns?
Yes. We offer a return policy on all of our items for 60 days after purchase. This excludes any custom order and sale items. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging (e.g., tags, etc..).
Please note that refunds are not available for gift card purchases.
When will I receive my refund on my returned item?Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund. Upon approval of your return item, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a few days.
Why am I not seeing the funds for my processed returned item(s)?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we ask that you first check your bank account again. Next you should contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Finally, please contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

What if my return item(s) was a gift?If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed or emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and process the return through them.
How and where do I return my item(s)?
To return your product, you should first receive a confirmation from us for the exchange. Once we have confirmed, please mail your product to: 100 Ocean Parkway, Suite 2H, Brooklyn New York US 11218.
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs when returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund and we paid for return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item as it's outside of our control.
