By becoming a Bailey and Ava Rep or Enthusiast you agree to the Terms & Conditions below:
The Contract Period
The Brand Rep or Enthusiast will be involved for a period of 3 months. If things work out for both we may extend for a longer period of time.
What’s Involved As A Brand Rep or Enthusiast
– Having a public and very active Instagram and/or Facebook account.
– Genuine love, support, and enthusiasm for the products and brand shown in comments on Instagram and Facebook.
– Promotes the brand on your own social media through photography and video of your child wearing Bailey and Ava items at least twice a month (preference once a week). Please make sure photos are clear and bright.
– The primary products featured in the photos should be Bailey and Ava products.
– Email unwatermarked photos to laurena@baileyandava.com. Any blurry photos most likely will not be used or reposted so it is highly encouraged to provide quality clear and bright photos.
– Promotes and shares any and all company announcements such as promotions, contests, launches, and events.
– Bailey and Ava reserve the right to use any and all photographs on all social media accounts, promotional flyers, and all advertisements.
What You Get In Return
Brand Reps
– Two free items from Bailey & Ava per month
– Photos must be posted/submitted within 1 week of receiving the item(s). We love photos with a real feel, featuring nature or play is a plus! You will need to post once weekly for your term.
– Two 20% discount coupons to share with a friend or family member. The coupon may not be combined with other offers.
– Insider updates on Bailey & Ava news & releases
– Exposure on Bailey and Ava social media
– Our help in growing your own feed and platforms.
– Lots of love and appreciation!
Brand Enthusiasts
– You will receive a 50% discount on anything in our shop per month in exchange for high-quality photographs. You must purchase at least one item per month. There is no limit on personal purchases. Purchasing at your discount for friends, family, or resale will end your contract and ability to purchase from us in the future.
– Photos must be posted/submitted within 1 week of receiving the item(s). We love photos with a real feel, featuring nature or play is a plus!

The Contract
We have the right to withdraw you from the contract at any time, without question if we find you are not abiding by all the terms and conditions.
By providing the information in the following Google Form, you have agreed to the terms above. You confirm you have full guardianship rights for the children named.
