The hat is approximately 4" high at the peaks. The party hat picture on the model is the Top Hat option. However, other options are available in the size options that fit both girls and women.
The hat has a soft stretch chiffon ribbons that are designed to be tied around the back of the head, behind the ears and NOT under the chin. You can adjust the ties to fit your liking
